Medical Program
— The Indigent Medical Services
Program is designed to help low-income
clients receive their prescribed medications.
Our Advocates work with Pharmaceutical
Companies, Physicians and Hospitals
to obtain the medications free of
charge or at a reduced rate. The medicine
is then distributed by the client’s
physician office. All ages are eligible.
Medical Equipment and Supplies

are available through your local HRDC
office. Free of Charge! Please call
your Service Coordinator for information
on what is currently available.
Tallatoona CAP, Inc. will take donations
of medical equipment and supplies.
Eligibility requirements
Client must be under 150% of Poverty
Client can not have insurance or Medicaid
that covers medicine

medicines are available,
please contact your local office to
find out if your medication is available.***
