Energy Assistance Program – Applications for this program are taken starting in November for the Elderly and Homebound and December for all other applicants. All applications are taken by appointment. Through this program we help pay heating bills for eligible applicants.

Cooling Assistance Program – Applications for this program are taken in the summer, when funds are available, starting with the Elderly and Homebound. All applications are taken by appointment. Through this program we help pay cooling costs for eligible applicants.
